Meet Caitlin- “0 to 100” Graduate

“The 0–100 Grad Program gave me the foundation and confidence I needed to thrive as a new OT. It not only helped me grow clinically and achieve my personal goals, but also gave me endless opportunities to learn from mentors and peers. I always felt safe to ask questions, share ideas, and be myself, whether in meetings with the team, management, or mentors. The supportive culture meant every challenge became a learning opportunity. It’s given me an incredible start to my career and the confidence to keep building on it.”
